5. Jobs & Applications

Skillbook provides a platform for posting and discovering job opportunities. By using this feature:

• Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job listings.
• Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of their applications and profile information.
• Skillbook does not guarantee employment or the hiring of any applicant.
• Skillbook is not a party to any employment agreement between users.

The Skillbook platform, including its design, logo, text, graphics, and software, is the property of ArkStatic and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our prior written consent. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform.
